we never had issues in the past, it has just been the past six months or so. Never had to ask for payment, was always at 30-45 days. Now they do not respond to an email, you cannot speak to anyone verbally and their lines just ring and then disconnect.

I just emailed to say I would at 70 days and 6th email and multiple phone calls - but got a response that it would be paid out today ... so waiting
What email adresses are you sing for updates?
paymentstatus@cat.ca; pods@catglobal.ca; ap@catglobal.ca, plus I emailed a bunch of broker contacts. I have about eight email contacts and not one response.
