CAT Global Inc

So when CAT wasn't paying and responding to us - and my team got literally yelled at by Cat's Director of Operations saying they will block us- and WE had to apologize so CAT don't put false DNU impacting our business- does that count anywhere or no?
I'm sorry that happened to yall, this is something that should never happen to anyone.

Not really sure what the end bit about that count anywhere means though.

Think it means his team got treated like ass by CAT even though CAT messed up, and received no compensation for the abuse.

I can report that I received an EFT payment from CAT, right at 30 days with no follow up or reminders. Maybe they are turning a corner?

If that is indeed what that end bit means, then all I can say is I hope you leave a review on that branch of C.A.T and hopefully that will do something (unlikely but maybe)

There was a rough patch for the entire industry for a bit, but as far as i'm aware (at least for my office) we should be caught up and good for everything going forward.

A few branches closed and many people were let go, but we are on the rebound.

Anyone know the payment terms of these guys, got invoices nearing 60 and have emailed 3 times with no responses. thx!

DNU - the rates are offensively low to begin with, add insult to injury with how long it takes to finally get paid why bother...
offensively low rates seems to be the norm these days...it's crazy! Carrier costs have increased substantially (Insurance, WCB, fuel, taxes, wages, heavy highway taxes, IFTA, Carbon Tax, Weight Distance Taxes, ELD's, PrePass, tolls, Health Benefits, truck and trailer payments, plates and registration, trailer washouts, repairs and maintenance, scale tickets...etc...and yet we are expected to haul for $2.00 to $2.75/mile?? I have never seen rates slashed like this, never! Boy, its tough out there these days. I sure hope things change.
