Pride Group - TPine

So how does this work? PGL as an entity will be operating but their fleet is from TPine and lenders who have claims on the equipment. All that goes back to the lenders, and both PGL and owners credits are shot, so unless they get loan sharks to approve credit for their equipment they are not getting any, 100% O/O's model i guess but who in their right mind would want to sign up for work knowing the financial history of the company?

The sad part is I think lots of people will flock....

Its actually pretty deplorable but I am sure they are having a big celebration today, why wouldn't they be? They just scammed millions and millions and have been rewarded for their hard work.

Guess its only in Canada where you get to buy back your Ponzi scheme from the lenders after the house of cards fall.... dang this woulda been a dream for Bernie Madoff, I bet he's wishing he was Canada and not NY based.... I can only imagine the questionable corporations that will spring up in Canada now giving how this has played out. Nothing like telling all the small time trucking / broker scammers that you can up your game to billions and still face no criminal liability or civil penalties in this country.

Nothing like the courts telling the world, welcome to Canada, scam away, we don't prosecute and we also sell you back your fraudulent assets for pennies if you ask nicely.

Agreed...
They should print on our money;

"Canada... Welcome to the shit show"

Zero chance I'd give these guys anything to haul ever.
Not after seeing the inside of their operation as we have.
And I'm sure it's much worse than we think it is.
I'm sure the customers that have stuck with them will continue to use them. Think of all the money we're saving by using them, that will be the answer
