It is never “too early” for scotch! Easy to say coming from a guy who is semi retired.

Recently had a customer of ours switch over to Livingston - Let's just say it's a fun one in the office today...

Looks like they are "up" but I still haven't had any loads cleared. Seems to be a n indexing issue, sent paperwork isn't being received into their system. Ughhhhhhhh

Had a call myself on Monday. You know freight is super slow when they are calling.

LMAO not to brag but I want to share my biggest achievement EVER, I once got a call back from a processing team guy. "WE CANNOT DISCLOSE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS BUT I WILL LEAVE A NOTE" PROCESSING TEAM
He gave me his email and the issue was resolved within an hour with him directly
To be honest I did abuse the damn out of poor call center folks, had a slow day and the driver spending his 26th hour at the border was my only problem, so I committed to calling them every 10 minutes
I was perfectly polite but extremely annoying

did you hear the rooster in the background - I did once ... but yeah unfortunately calling every 10min is probably the way to go
