I called and asked if this is khokhar they just hung up on me.... These guys just scam people

we juat picked up a load for A.S.T. & Logistics Inc its on my truck now and i dont want to deliver it as Khokhar owes us money already - my dispatcher didnt realize they are the same owner - any suggestions what i should do?

we noticed the insurance agent was the same for these shell companies. When we called to ask if they were aware of this they hung up. Before that they were talking about how Khohkar screwed them.
Our freight is still missing and claim still pending. Supposedly on the CP rail without any help to get it from March.
@BRWINT Yep, I called I believe it was Alex @ Sound about 2 years ago when Jaba Trucklines...amazing how 2 years later the same guy is pulling the same stunt.

Try to contact Rob@416-291-2688 North Atlantic ...they are the one hauling Khokhar or other companies related to them on CP Rail .....Khokhar owes them money too ...so they held up some of their freight on CP Container

Spoke to him before. The container our freight supposedly in is billed under Logistics99 the broker arm and BOL doesnt match ours or the commodity so CP is refusing to open even though they acknowledge it is there and on credit hold with others.

The reason the BOL doesn't match is probably cause 99 uses their own BOL which doesn't show actual shipper, receiver or product - that way when they scam the carrier - they usually have no idea where to start looking to collect payment.

I reached out to the BC Trucking Association and they have advise me of some options -
report them to NSC tip line 1-888-775-8785 and report them to the RCMP non-emergecy line
