They are holding 2 loads hostage for us on a claim we had a year ago with 5911. They didnt deliver for 3 weeks a load of nursery stock and wonder why Home depot rejected the trees. They are as shady as they come. They kept the product that was damaged as well. Now they want full payments... fun stuff

It never ceases to amaze me why some carriers and brokers alike, have such terrible websites, Facebook pages etc. Do they not realize that anyone considering doing business with them in this day and age, will usually look at these places first? Brokers masquerading as carriers, talking about “their” drivers. Carriers with stock photos of trucks instead of their own fleet, usually posting cab over, Euro-style rigs, and every possible trailer style under the sun. No links to their registrations or licenses. I guess website creation is just like everything else, you get what you pay for. It is a head scratcher for sure.

Well,.... I guess I deserve this useless comment since I didn't explain properly. The claim was with 5911 and Khokhar is holding the freight hostage. All Kuldeep's companies work together.
None the less I wouldnt wish that to anyone, even my competitors.

And useless, it depends on how you perceive it cause the way it was written and I understood is that even with the problem, the same company received other loads. Which, you know, not good. I was trying to understand.
I guess I'm next...loads X2.Almost 3 weeks to del from GTA to Calgary, EFT demanded, and paid immediately. then they didn't receive the funds in their bank for 7 business days, then the driver had Covid and no one was allowed to hook to the trailer to be safe. Then I offered to rescue the load at my cost. They directed me to a truck stop to hook to their trailer to execute the del. No surprise the trailer wasn't there, then it was weather,...blah blah blah. Police said they couldn't help until I could prove payment received. Bank could only prove it was sent, not received. Legalized extortion.
