They are currently on a load to California that was supposed to deliver on oct 30. our company was told the load delivered only to find out from the customer it had not. Khokhar logistics said they made a mistake and a new appt was scheduled for nov 8th. Was told once again it delivered only to find out from the customer it had not once again. now dealing with major issues as line shutdown looms. Suffice to say, you can guess what sort of feedback I have for you. Waiting for full information and wondering if this is indeed on their truck and trailer or double brokered out. if you perhaps moved a load for this carrier to CA, please do connect with me.

We are having a major issue with this carrier. Has gone M.I.A. on us multiple times. Refuse to set-up tracking on a shipment. Constant lies when we request an update. Have made a crew stand around for 2 days as they keep stringing along updates. One of the worst carriers we have come across.
from the FB Page "we commit to haul your laod be on time." that typo makes all the difference.

Another day without delivery. After taking 11 hours to get from Lloydminster to Edmonton the driver "got a flat tire" right before delivery. The number on their facebook page wants NOTHING to do with the company. They definitely double brokered this load and we have no idea where our freight actually is. Stay as far away form these guys as possible.

Did your load ever deliver? or did you report it to insurance/police as stolen? I ask as while I DNU'd this company for our Canadian teams, our system failed to block our US teams from booking and they are now going through the same song and dance (the DNU has been corrected, but the continues false statements and no shows are present on the load that is in transit).
Hi Team, We have a load in our warehouse which was dropped by this carrier for months now and we cannot seem to find who it may belong to. This originally came in as a simple cross dock and Khokhar went ghost. Please reach out to me if anyone had a load go missing.

So sorry to hear that you are dealing with them, it was a miserable experience. They ended up forcing us to pay them before they delivered our load. It was almost 3 weeks later. Even after we agreed to a hostage payment in advance they continued to lie and delay another day and a half. We attempted to involve the police on multiple occasions and they were not able/willing to help. Load ended up delivering without any damage. The business is run out of a house in Brampton, owners name is Nav, not sure if they are double brokering all these loads, or what they gain from this type of service, but I would avoid at all costs.

same thing going on with me here.. picked up my load in Mississauga going to taber,Ab was suppose to deliver on Monday and since then we have given false updates and stories still not delivered
So Khokhar Logistics is another Kuldeep Singh Otal company. If you know anything about this guy, he was behind Layal, V-Trans, Ellysium, 5911 Trans.... all companies that have the same m-o, they pickup your loads, transload them, double-broker them, give wrong tracing information and deliver eventually (after the truck has broken down 3-4 times), and sometimes holds the load hostage....
We've had the misfortune of giving them 2 loads. They delivered the first.... HazMat load was clearly transloaded and delivered by another carrier without any placards! They've had our second load for 3 weeks, apparently the driver has been circling Alberta for that whole time because every time we requested an update on delivery, driver was 2.5 hours away.....
Unfortunately, we only found out about Kuldeep's involvement in this company through the Notice of Assignment provided by the factoring company (this time it's Factor Direct). The carrier packet received shows another person's name, so they are knowingly mis-representing themselves.

If anyone in the Calgary area has received, is storing a cntr / load for Khokhar Logistics for the past 5 weeks, please contact me. Apparently our load has been sitting at CP Calgary yard for the 4-5 weeks (very doubtful).

Here's a hint - do not accept any carrier confirmation from a company showing their address as 115 East Drive, Brampton.
