What's with all the FTL Montreal to GTA offers for 400$

$450.00 was the going rate van for MTL to GTA... in 1988.

There was a time where you could get $900-$1000 back in Covid but that was very short lived.

Better money is in points a bit farther out.. Kitchener to Sherbrooke, Pickering to Levi etc..

Also flatbed I find is pretty strong between Ontario and Quebec generally.

I could be wrong, but I feel like an unprecendented purge of trucking companies is coming shortly. I was speaking with my insurance broker about my renewal details. It came out in the conversation that 80% (yes read that again) of their clients nsf'd their payment last month.

I think the key to a successful California freight business is bad accounting and getting lucky with inspections.

It started at 900US . I got one of the two of them from another broker at shall we say more than that.
