That's like almost 2600 miles. You mean to say you don't wanna run for $1.25 a mile?
It was too much money for me, i wouldn't of known what to do with it. I had to pass unfortunately but I'm sure some of our colleagues in Surrey probably found it hard to pass on.

This makes my blood boil. F'cking furious is more like it. I would be ashamed to even try to pass that off to a carrier.

We have some business out of the west. The problem is the amount of people calling us daily on it. We do our best to pay fair rates when we can. But we get 5-10 emails a day from different carriers asking us for loads.
But on spot stuff? It's impossible to get a good rate from the customer. Even when they have a small carrier pool, there's always that one broker who plays the market every single time. Posts its up and auctions it off for pennies.
I don't doubt for a second, that BC to KY will get taken for under 4k. Maybe not $3200, but it'll be under 4k.

A whole buck a mile. Good thing they have trucks to cover all that hi paying freight they have, I think i seen one from them a couple weeks ago same shipper to GTA for like 900 and just laughed and hit delete.

Going to need an offshore account to hold those funds, I personally wouldn't know what to do with that much money.

and that right there is what gets to me, I bet their trucks dont pull for that rate smh. Carriers complain brokers are cheap and then turn around and do the same thing.
