Scammers, they took a shipment out of BC-ONT for us and destroyed it on transloading, then tried to deny claim and refuse to answer emails or calls for about 2 weeks now...Writing is on the wall, we are filing a court claim against them now as we also bring their loads out of ON/AB into MB and owe us about 20k over 120 and refuse to answer emails on that as well. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 ft pole as I think they are preparing to " restructure lol ( screw their creditors again) like their other company MTS did

If provincially incorporated, you will need to go through a 3rd party, establish an account etc. It runs about $76.00 per search.

Very sneaky individual. He first setup federally.
RAMEL INC o/a MTS LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL.

Then bankrupted and setup provincially
MTS Group Holding Inc.
with registered names
MTS LOGISTICS INT (shortened International)
RAMEL INE (INE instead of INC - one letter)

What I don't understand is how does an insurance company bind a policy to a incorporated business that is bankrupt? How does the FMCSA allow this to continue?

I looked up the information on the BDO website for the bankruptcy and it does not look like its complete? Does this mean that it is still in process or did Ramel Inc find a way to pay everyone?
