@Deisel1 all can tell you is that they were locked out by bank on Thursday and they do haul loads for us as well that's why I was asking if anyone else knew anything but soon as I have more info will post it here.
 
They have been telling us they have a major server down all week. But today their location in Brampton is closed. We called and they told us it will all be up and running on Monday. Something it definitely up here. If anyone hears more please let everyone know.

Thanks Rob, they have been great for us too. Have you been in contact with dispatch and all seems well? All we were told all week was server was down. We will know soon enough. We are avoiding them for now. I've had carriers go into receivership that had our freight and that was a nightmare.

All via email on delivered report but I checked with my receiver to verify they did deliver and it has so all good with me.

Thanks, we had to call a receiver for a verbal POD the other day to confirm a delivery as well. Lately they aren't even replying to emails.
 
MEH mts is hella shady , keep an eye out for their reincarnation as dbg truck or dbg group of companies. They have been preparing for this for a while if its true.
Service was never good and rates were double or triple what 5 star service companies were quoting. Mts has been like this for years, if my memory doesnt fail me.
 
I emailed all my contacts earlier and even found Sahi Haider email who I believe is the CEO.
THis is a version of the reply I received. I took out where he kept calling me brother. (those references really bother me)

"I appreciate your concern.

We are not closing down. We are down due to technical issuess. We are hoping to back within a very short period of time.

Soon we will need lot more freight then we use tk haul.

I guess this is a Use at your own risk scenario if they open back up.
 
Anyone have their current insurance? I believe they used the BC or NS insurance avenue? (But could be wrong)......but if so....maybe it's an insurance issue if it came up for renewal?

They sent us their package back in April, Able is broker, cargo/general is Everest and Chubb for auto (it was Royal Sun until 10-31-21) all expire July 29, 2022.

I have the same on file.

Let's hope it was a server issue. I always found their service pretty consistent at fair market pricing.
