It's been well over 3 months since I gave them a shipment. Paid them. Hopefully, I'm not getting calls for bills unpaid for double brokering.

Did your shipment pick up 3 months ago from Mold rite Plattsburgh, NY on May 2nd?
 
so many people owed so much money, sad. we already had a couple calls from carriers they double brokered our freight to and have been told that our customers are also getting the calls.

So DBG is a division of 8821917 Canada Inc. (incorporated 2014) whose sole officer and director is Fareed Ahmad, who when you google his name, comes back as being the Manager Logistics at MTS Logistics International.

You certainly were and thanks for the early heads up. This board is very informative and we certainly help each other. My God did you see that list. How can a company allow it to get that bad. And yes, DBG will definitely be DNU as they are likely to be next.

SMS OOS rates are high but based on only a few inspections. For a company with 39 tractors one would think they would have more inspections than posted.
Something does not look right with this company.

Ha ha, I received the same letter. Right after they kept saying it was a technical issue that shut them down. How on earth could anyone believe them now. How could anyone believe that the financials of DBG aren't in a similar state. I hate to see failure in this business. MTS truly did a great job for us. I also have no idea how BVD could fall into such a problem considering they are a mainly a factoring company and should be taking the money right off the receivable that they get paid. Either way, I can't be taking that risk right now and have replaced every lane they did with other carriers by now. I hope everyone has done the same.

They should both be put on dnu everywhere, pricks like this really make my blood boil. Anyone actively giving loads to dbg should not be trusted with maintaining the integrity and safety of your freight . This thread has been around long enough for people to know. Even more so , this forum comes up as my 6th google search result when I input MTS logistics .

If we have settled all to their factoring company are they not responsible to settle with the carriers? I am just double checking, it has been a little while since I worked with them.
