This guy Tony is a crook. GHK + Kingston owe us - Sokil Trucking Inc. $8950.00 CAD. And I'm not hiding my real name - Andriy.
The original idea by Tony was to divide one long trip for two shorter ones. He was hiring us to do a pick up from Boston, Ma and deliver to his dock in Etobicoke after someone else hauled this shipment further to Alberta. And there are reasons for non payment which I can undertand, but not this one. From the beginnig his company was created to become a bankrupt. See you in court Tony.

We all feel for you, he cost us $8400 (nevermind the time, headache and customer relationship affected). There are many of us that he's made life difficult for. I hope speaking to the shipper/ultimate consignee helps you get what you need (and deserve).

I have also been screwed by GHK/Kingston!! Also - does anyone know if he is on Loadlink? I checked the new names but nothing? Are they using another provider to look for loads?

I also got screwed by GHK.... almost lost a client.... lies and excuses and even their one dispatch calling me after hours to tell me the real story of what happened with my freight and how the company was being run !.... talk about a horror show !

How the heck is this guy still operating under a different company? I lost a customer because he took an FTL from me last year, supposingly using "his equipment". He delivered two weeks late because the carrier he double brokered to held the freight hostage until he coughed up money for past due invoices. I know he's a crook, most of the people that read the forums on this website know that Tony is a crook...then why doesn't he end up in jail or barred from the industry like other crooks?
Kingston Transport/GHk Transport is in no way connected to Proactive Transport. The person responsible for this is absolutely incorrect. Brad and his partners should be acknowledged as good business operators. Unfortunately our mistakes should in no way be connected to his business.

Do not use!! Just found out they double brokered 2 of our loads... we paid Kingston $950 and they paid the carrier $110o. The carriers that they used sent invoices to my customer because they did not get paid..they are scammers.

Do not give these jokes any freight! They double brokered 2 of our loads.. just found out yesterday!!
We gave Kingston $950 and they paid the carrier $1100. The carriers sent invoices to our customers because they did not get paid..they are scammers.

Is this GHK Logistics from Pickering, I have two loads that we did and I am getting the run around on collecting. 7 calls no replys the guy who answers the phone says email Tony, 3 emails still no reply. A shipment from Dec 10 and one from Jan 20. Guess I call the shippers and see what I can get.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH KINGSTON AND TONY!!!! If you are pulling any freight for them, please stop and demand payment before you deliver load. You will not get paid if you do otherwise.

To put it mildly, Tony is a degenerate. And no Tony, I am not hiding behind a username. You can call our company anytime to take this up with me. 6137393000. Because we have had a hell of a time trying to get a hold of you for non payment. Same excuse "he just stepped out" or "you just missed him". If you guys made a living in hauling bullcrap, you would be billionaires.
They're not worth the trouble, please do not take loads from Kingston Transport or any company they or Tony are affiliated with. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.
We learned the hard way and we have now hired a legal team in Toronto to get this resolved.

KINGSTON are so blocked from our system...even had to contact GRAND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT since we are getting calls from our customers because they double-brokered and never had the intent to pay...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!
