TQL or some other idiot without a clue?Scarborough to West Palm Beach, FL . Dry Van.
Target rate is $2500 USD.
Scotlynn just offered me 6100 one pick one drop reefer load. They still have it as far as i know,Any good freight going to Alberta dry van
Looking for cheaper rates.I wanted to check if there are any updates regarding Fortus group out of Brossard Montreal as we’ve noticed some inconsistencies with their bookings. They keep reserving our truck but then cancel because their customer isn’t ready. However, they continue reposting the load on Loadlink and then attempt to rebook with us at a lower rate.
Could anyone provide any insight on this?
everyone trying to stock up incase Agent Orange decides to cause a trade war and dump tariffs on everyone and screw up the North American economy if not the worlds.Where are all the trucks so many load so little trucks
Garbage carriers opened by the thousands during Covid to get rich. Then they folded due to oversaturation and running freight for a buck a mile. Now there's a shortage, and it's gonna get pricey.Where are all the trucks so many load so little trucks

Edit: Also all the "students" (Driver Inc) from India are getting sent back home, adding to the shortage.

It does seem that is the case. I think we ran one for 16 back to GTA last week. Beats $900 offers from 2 months ago.Do you know what the inbound rate for T/L from Illinois is? Seems to be jumping up pretty fast

I guess trucking companies are just giving the brokers and shippers some payback for the miserable 3 years they've put them through? I'm just a stupid dispatcher I can't say for sure.1600 last week next week 2100?
Seems a bit extreme.
You're more than that my friend.I guess trucking companies are just giving the brokers and shippers some payback for the miserable 3 years they've put them through? I'm just a stupid dispatcher I can't say for sure.
Posted one on Tuesday, 10 calls in 2 minutes. Most offering 3 digit rates. You're more than that my friend.
But everyone, post a truck in Chicago and tell me how many different brokers email and call you.
Then you will understand why the rate is now $2100
Yes, I'm stupid at home too, but I didn't think that was pertinent to the conversation. You're more than that my friend.
