CAT Global Inc

We had no issues in the past but They are not responding to our payment inquiries lately. We even sent them email that we will contact shipper and receiver on the loads we done, but it seems they don't care.
 
Same issue here. We had contacts in CAT that would reply with a proper payment date. Those contacts stopped replying. We got an email last week saying that they are aware of outstanding payments and are working to get them resolved. After that not a single update on payment and no reply like again.
 
Ah shoot here we go again.... i thought they were back to normal now, no issues on our end
Same thing. never had to contact for payment in the past but suddenly, no response. Many attempts to contact them.

Do you have any contacts in their payables department? I have multiple invoices sitting at 80 days. From our previous posts here, seems like a lot of us are having the same problem with CAT.
 
Over the past year in transportation, we’ve learned that when early warning signs appear, larger issues often follow.

Currently, we have over $90,000 in invoices outstanding for more than 90 days, with the only response being: “We are working diligently to get this resolved”

CAT is doing the same thing we did when we had issues with our system and fell way behind... we paid the most important people first. Unfortunately, there's only so much cash floating around and the small guys always have to wait.

I will say, when it happened to us. It was a purely system's problem that we rectified and caught up within 3 months and are back in the good books of all the large factoring companies. This CAT situation has been going on for quite a while...

Seems strange as they have never missed a pay date with us
As i mentioned in my previous comments, we never had to contact them for payment. it was always paid on time but this time, even after requesting by girl name, Danka ( sales rep) at CAT, Payables still does not respond. They just keep ignoring their co worker's request to respond. Let alone payment updates.
 
There is obviously some sort of $ issue there, they're not a public company though so is it that they are bleeding money or is their A/R out of control?
 
I dont think there is a payment or financial issue, could be internal issues, dig deep
 
Team please be cautious booking with CAT. There does indeed seems to be some issues there. We have 15k over 100 days with no response or interests in our numerous attempts to call or email them for payment status update.
