XTC Logistics Inc.

I usually say end of business today and then confirm that my end of business is 4.30pm. If it gets to the point that I have to get involved because my AR team was unsuccessful then it needs to be resolved right away. My first call the next morning is to the shipper and receiver.

Im a reasonable guy and am ok if someone needs a break, but if that break turns into a run around then we have problems.

this company is in trouble, all the signs are pointing at it. please avoid

I completely agree. If you need a break for the meantime, and honor what you say then there will never be an issue with a late payment. But when you give me the runaround for a month, then delay payments further...then I have an issue and I escalate the matter. You lost my trust, and are put on a DNU.

if its Pepsi Bottling try Nulogix, they handle payments and AR for Pepsi - Nulogx Inc. | 2233 Argentia Road, Suite 202,, Mississauga, ON L5N 2X7 | T: 905-542-0918 x 286

if they can't help they should at least get you to the right people.

For the bond, you have to look up who their Bond holder/issuer is (usually a bank or finance company) you contact them and they will walk you through the steps on filing a claim.

thank you for your assistance. I was able to contact Pepsi and all invoices have been paid! We certainly will never do another load with this company.

Pepsi paid you directly That easily?
billion dollar company not looking to get dragged into freight non-payment legal trouble? shocker lol jks aside Pepsi pays, but they are cheap and their loads are heavy. Oh and they operate like a broker so that's a whole other thing.

We are looking for Pepsi's contact as well if anyone has it please feel free to reach out!

Good luck. It was painful collecting from XTC. Once all invoices were paid in full, we put them on a DNU. If it was a Pepsico load, I could have helped with contact at Pepsico for payment. Is Nulogix a Broker?
