they handle payment processing for pepsico, all invoices get sent to them and they handle the admin work and release the funds. Its interesting to see that XTC was brokering Pepsico loads, thats a big no no for reasons such as this. Bet if they get wind that this is going on, they might loose their contract.

Pepsico is aware they are brokering their loads as many people have reached out. We were able to get paid by XTC after some time. I spoke to some other carriers i know and they have been getting paid slowly so i dont think this is the end of the road for XTC.

Not getting paid? File against their bond. The bond company will reach out to XTC. If they don’t pay and the claim goes through, then their bond gets cancelled and their authority is at risk of being cancelled. I’m sure they won’t let an unpaid invoice risk their bond/authority.
If its for payments this really is your best bet:

if the extension is not getting you through try the operator, to get to someone that can help.

Nulogx won't help you, have your lawyer draft a letter of demand and send it over. we were lucky enough to get paid.
this may have something to do with it, PEPSICO's net 60 FYI. They'ev been having this issue for the last couple of months.

Payment terms with a broker's clients should not affect payments to carriers unless the broker negotiates the same terms when they book the loads with their carriers.

System issues, onboarding, intent to improve, new platform..blah blah blah..good grief..keep your apology and write out a manual check.
Sounds like Pepsi needs a new IT department that can manage a system migration.
