Be careful with these guys, they arent paying their bills, our accounting followed up for payment and got the below email letter. Approaching 60 days.

Personal assurance isn't the same as a personal guarantee. Get them to send you a personal guarantee.

We'll see, I trust that they are getting their stuff sorted out but their expanding should not be done on the shoulders of their service providers acting as banks.

Holy might just have to contact shipper on this one. We don't let accounts age like that
We are having issues collecting payment as well. Received one cheque that took 65 days to pay and that was like pulling teeth to get that payment. Still have five more invoices outstanding over 60 days + and accounting keeps giving me different stories or doesn't reply until I threaten to contact customers on load.

I found that to be the best way to get a response, we have given them a deadline of March 1st before we start our legal action.

I usually say end of business today and then confirm that my end of business is 4.30pm. If it gets to the point that I have to get involved because my AR team was unsuccessful then it needs to be resolved right away. My first call the next morning is to the shipper and receiver.
