Heard from one of my sources they've sold off their property on airport rd. There was some issues with the residents in the nearby area and got enough compaints from the city to force a sale.

The issue is they never had the properties zoned for trucking companies and decided on their own to create a mini Dixie and the 401 up on Airport Rd, Caledon is after a bunch of them with illegal yards up there.

That does sound more plausible than the story I heard. A little late but glad the city is finally cracking down on it.
