MTS Logistic International

MTS is still operating, received an insurance certificate from them, the insured is Ramel Inc O/A MTS Logistics International. Effective date is Sep 24 2022

Still on load link as MTS Logistic Int. although the authority tab lists the legal name Ramel Inc.

Does anyone have any insight on how they are operating as MTS?

I would as well, I see DBG (that is who I meant above not MTS) is off the link didn't notice MTS but see them now crazy
 
They are operating yes. Called dispatch (we have an invoice aging 5 months) was told to call accounting and was hung up on by dispatch.

This gets more and more confusing. On July 28, 2022, a new company was incorporated - 1000271044 Ontario Inc that allegedly bought the assets / receivables from the Trustee.
The sole director of the new numbered company is Bikram Dhillon, the CEO of BVD Capital.

We have past due Invoices from June for 13000$, Malik Account Payable keep making excuses. Any recommendations.
 
I heard they went bankrupt and were funnelling money into the new company. BVD is the owner now? I heard they burned a lot of people for money owed? Will BVD be paying the money owed now? This is a red flag to stay as far away from BVD as possible.
 
I just wanted to update that DBG and MTS are still out there and still trying to pull the same old scams. I hadn't read this thread and responded to a posting by DBG Trucking that said email only. Immediately someone from MTS called me offering me the same freight and then to boot, sent me an email that said Ramel Inc. So now, be carelful of Ramel Inc. as well at 321 Orenda Road. They are apparently Ramel Inc. dba MTS Logistics International. Thank heavens for this forum. ( I also sent a complaint to Loadlink because they should not be allowing this to continue at this point).
