@national12 there is nothing amusing about this double, tripled or quadrupled brokered load and holding a load hostage for payment.
Someone said the freight was from BA Cartons. It is unlikely this freight was just for inventory and most likely it is needed for production. What are the costs to shut down a production line?
Did BA Cartons have to make new product on a rush order and what are those costs. Is there another load intransit to replace this load? What did that cost?
Is LM3 going to lose their customer over this? It takes years to build a relationship with shippers and this load will destroy that in an instant. Is LM3 going to fire someone?
I have had my share of double brokered loads. We spent a lot of time and money in court and on lawyers over Montreal Express Transport AKA M.E.T. TRANSPORT (1093366 ONT. INC.).
Real world consequences.
Everyone on this forum understands how serious this is and has offered numerous ways for you to deliver and get paid. Your comments have done nothing but tarnish your reputation.
