Let's ask where the freight is ... maaaaayyyyyy be???
Hey why not? They'll reply soon.Let's ask where the freight is ... maaaaayyyyyy be???
A lot on ON drivers moved to MB for the Work permit - PR program - now the points to qualify for the PR application are too high in MB - so there will be an exodus of drivers back to ON ....How do you think they get drivers? They hire these poor guys from India and they have no choice but to drive the unsafe trucks for cheap rates. Never plated in Ontario and on driver inc. program. They dont take this industry seriously or the laws. Now, let me say NOT all of them but most of them. They think they can do what ever they want. Just like that one driver that got pulled over 3 times in northern Ontario in 1 day just last week or so. I bet my left nut that driver is driving in another truck as i type this. And if you want to make some extra cash to send home then you cross the boarder with some drugs.
this is golden lolTo all,
The load is on the move, as said yesterday about the so called L3M. L3M appears to be a dubious character who did the same thing Tesla Logistics did to us. Tesla refused to pay us which is why we directly reached out to the shipper (SAM from BA Carton's), who asked us to talk with L3M to resolve the matter. Further email exchanges and a phone call with L3M were ineffective. L3M requested that we dispose of or trash the load because the client is uninterested. We tried reaching out to the shipper afterward to get a confirmation on disposing of the loads. It seems like L3M itself is a fraudster, and they're paying this guy named SAM in commissions to fetch loads from them. L3M tendered the load to Gillson without verifying if they were the brokers or the carriers and blaming us for the same when they themselves are no less than Tesla.
L3M came to the public platform and started seeking help from the people when we gently invited them to visit our office to get this resolved and see with their own eyes what we are doing regarding our operations.
If we ever had any bad intentions, we wouldn't have approached the shipper, but L3M jumped in from nowhere and started publishing about our image. L3M certainly did this to show themselves as victims when they had no intention to resolve this.
We respect this public platform and respect the members. We've read about people vouching for the L3M, but we don't know who they are because they don't have names, only sudo or made-up names.
To update everyone so that we can prove our innocence, the load will be dropped at one of the 3rd party cross docks, Either the shipper or the broker may feel free to pick up the load from the warehouse. BA Cartons or L3M can send their people to inspect the load before it can be loaded onto their truck once the payment is made to us.
Some keyboard warrior dragged Golden Freight into this, i would advise you to reach msc, Hapag, or Maersk to check our credibility. There are thousands of trucking companies in North America that will stand to vouch for L3M, but will any of the major shipping lines? Well, check with any of the above mentioned vessel operators about us and unfold the true story.
ok you can tell your guys where you filled this claim of "stolen freight" is with us and "safe and secure" ...Well that was a fun read. We made you a very fair offer to simply deliver the freight to Abbotsford and then provide us with a real proof of delivery/invoice and we would pay you the $9000.00 we had agreed to pay Gilson Freight. Since this does not interest you for whatever reason, nefarious or otherwise, I ask that you cease communications with us and please deal with Tesla for your payment as they apparently hired you for your services. For our purposes, the load has been reported as stolen/abandon and the insurance companies will be sorting it out on our end.
The only way to get any credibility back at this point, have the driver hold the BOL next to the door of the cab with NFF on the side and post it here on his next break. Otherwise no one is buying what you are selling. To all,

yes sir check your website if you have .. you must have this tool as well..
ok we are ready to do that .. but L3M is notThe only way to get any credibility back at this point, have the driver hold the BOL next to the door of the cab with NFF on the side and post it here on his next break. Otherwise no one is buying what you are selling.
you never had any intension to do so Sir.. now we are opening up your scams that is why you are saying all this.. after all those comments and posting personalize photo identity on this platform do you really think i will believe you..My offer still stands. Deliver the freight to Abbotsford (which is now almost 4 days late), provide me with a legitimate Proof of Delivery/Invoice, then get paid $9000.00 instantly. Or take your chances with who gave you the load. At this point, the ball is in your court - but that is your one and only, now very non-negotiable, option.
This is your solid clue that you are dealing with the correct person - L3M. If they chose not to pay TESLA that is their prerogative to ensure that the correct delivery carrier gets paid.L3M appears to be a dubious character who did the same thing Tesla Logistics did to us. The tendered the load with the promise and the expectation that they were the carrier. Gilson is no angel in this either.L3M tendered the load to Gillson without verifying if they were the brokers or the carriers and blaming us for the same when they themselves are no less than Tesla.
From what I (and all of us) have read is that you demanded 30K for all outstanding loads to Tesla. Then the story changed with the load in BC then being in Winnipeg. Now it looks like you're shuffling feet instead of getting this delivered giving me the impression that you do not control the truck that will be delivering the freight. If we ever had any bad intentions, we wouldn't have approached the shipper, but L3M jumped in from nowhere and started publishing about our image. This does not prove your innocence - in fact it further leans to the theory that you do not control the freight and will ask the carrier who has it to drop it off at your friendly cross dock location to hide who the real carrier is.To update everyone so that we can prove our innocence, the load will be dropped at one of the 3rd party cross docks, Either the shipper or the broker may feel free to pick up the load from the warehouse. Sir, I know what I am doing here, so please, if you cannot help us, stay away from this matter. This is a request. This is your solid clue that you are dealing with the correct person - L3M. @national12 , I think you have one option here. Get your current carrier on the phone with L3M and get the freight delivered to the consignee without issue and pay whomever did the work. You tried it and got caught and bit by bit you're digging yourself into a deeper hole.
everyone here has our identity..How about YOU tell us who YOU are.![]()
Good For you.. we have that relation with our regular clients as well..For the Record...
We've done a handful of loads for L3M in the past couple years...
Average days to pay was 45
Most recent payment was received last month at 41 days.
Never dealt with National Freight Forwarding.
