I'm also curious if anyone has worked with them. They seem to email on a lot of our loadlink postings, which is a little bit of a red flag for us and they don't seem to show up on Safer or WSIB. We decided not to take a chance on them but , has anyone else?

I'm a current RMIS user, they do not check anything the carriers scans in. The only docs they verify is the insurance that they get directly from the broker.Thank You for pointing this out. I did not double checked their documents yet. This is what they scanned in our RMIS portal.

So how many trucks do you actually have? Seems like some fishy stuff to a degree. Help us all get it and what you are doing?Good day everyone. I would like to introduce myself. This is Andy from YMO Logistics and I was referred to this form by one of our customer. I would like to clarify this for everyone. We made some changes to our WSIB and every time you make any changes. WSIB issues a new Certificate Number and that is the reason why the old number is coming back as something else. Our updated WSIB is M0000JH83X.
Concerns about Emails. Please let us know which companies don't want us to email them. I will inform my team and we will avoid emailing them.
We are a Legimate company and we are trying to provide the best service to everyone. We have hauled loads for reputable Brokers (Traffic Tech, Ilco Transit, Contender Logistics Etc). If anyone has any concerns please reach out to us directly on our number or email us.
FYI - The reason why it took long to reply to this form is because I was waiting for my Inside Account to be activated.
Can you help me understand what you mean by "some fishy stuff" ? If you need any clarity, please reach out to be at Andy@ymologistics.ca or call me at 905-667-7144 Ext. 105So how many trucks do you actually have? Seems like some fishy stuff to a degree. Help us all get it and what you are doing?
I think it might be a good idea for them to post pictures of their trucks holding a newpaper with the current date.. That's a great way to vett a carrier. And have the insurance company include the vins on the insurance document.
Hard to argue with that type of proof.
Hey Alex / VJ,Had a conversation with them. They will not give information about how many trucks they have an will not share any details of ownership or any details that would be benefitial to vet them as a carrier. Very Shady and not worth our time.
Address is a building and they don't supply their suite number either.
Be very aware!
My numero uno sales pitch to prospects? My cold email - Hi, we have trucks and attach a presentation that has so many pictures of our trucks.I'm so tired of goofballs pretending to have trucks and trying to scam our industry by taking loads from honest brokers and then double or triple brokering them and then not paying the actual truckers who pulled the loads.
When I am vetting a carrier, I ask for lots of pictures of their trucks and when they say "we have multiple trucks", like you did, I want proof of multiple trucks, and vins confirmed by the insurance broker, and the COI sent to me directly from their insurance companies, and GPS of the truck you are going to be sending as proof. Not one picture of one truck and shady slow half answers. And when I get mad and frustrated that you are being so shady you blame me for being so direct?
If I had trucks, I would love show them off, and have pictures of them in my wallet beside pictures of my kids.. This is Timmy my oldest, and this is Joey the soccer star, and this is Kenworth and MAC and Peterbilt! So proud of my boys... want to see more pictures of my trucks? I mean kids!
If you were a warehouse company, I would be asking for a full video of the facility including video of street addresses etc., and fyi, that's what google does now, they ask for full video of all business locations. I know because I did one a few months ago.
Anyway, good luck with your company.
And I'm so tired of jumping through a thousand hoops trying to prove that I'm not the same guy the broker got burned by earlier this week. I've been a carrier over 25 years, we have lots of publicly sourced information to prove that we exist and provide the intended service. Before anything happens, brokers can look at my FMCSA information to confirm dates of authority acquisition, insurance, SMS scores for valid inspections, CVOR status, website, google maps. We share a ton more information about our address, bank, WSIB, get our insurance broker to send certificates directly. Then get asked to log into some website - make me fill out forms, we get asked for all my lanes (which nobody ever looks at), transfer all the information from our W-8BENE into a form (why can I not upload this), CTPAT certificates (which we are supposed to add them to the portal). Some brokers use Highway which makes the owner get a code by phone, then have to send his driver's license and selfie just to get logged into put enter the information.I'm so tired of goofballs pretending to have trucks and trying to scam our industry by taking loads from honest brokers and then double or triple brokering them and then not paying the actual truckers who pulled the loads.

This guy loves to stir the pot on every post — like it’s his full‑time hustle. My numero uno sales pitch to prospects? My cold email - Hi, we have trucks and attach a presentation that has so many pictures of our trucks.
Unwilling to show pictures of trucks/proof/anything - confirmed shady.
Every post? He’s in it. Like a bad smell you just can’t get rid of.If you look at the certificate you can see that the font size in the contractor's name and contractor address is larger. It's a fraud.
CVOR number is accurate. For 5 bucks you can order a level 1 profile report and find out how new they are.
