We have two invoices over 100 days, Wolverton (Christine the owner) doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I informed Loadlink and asked the Wolverton Link account be suspended for non-payment to a carrier and i will update you guys with what happens on that front along with any progress made collecting the money.

Who at Loadlink did you report it to? I just received from a client of mine over $35k in unpaid invoices

Also everyone there is trained to not answer or push you off to VM....
Never mind that...

You should see the reception you get at this place when you have to hound and threaten them for payment, then end up going to pick up the cheque at their office.... Haahahaaa...

I could feel a chill in the air...

That was a few years back and thankfully for me, our last time doing business with them...

We have same issue here with Wolverton. An outstanding invoice from Sep 2021. Subject to collection now

I drove past Wolverton's yard the other day... I thought it might be locked up and dark..

Not at all... Gates are open, several pickup trucks parked outside the office...

Seems like a business that is operating normally...

Scam Chaser: I sent you an email yesterday. Give me a call to discuss

They do still pick up their phones but trying to talk to someone other then reception is near impossible.
Has anyone had success recently collecting from them?

You can also contact their customer who you moved the load for...

Start the conversation... Tell them you are the carrier who moved their stuff and you haven't been paid...

This can sometimes be the shortest path to your money when the broker won't pay...

I just checked Load Link... They are still listed on there. Credit info says their payments are average 99 days past due...

Also shows their location as Mississauga.... But that's not where they are...
