BULLSHIT no Indian companies maybe and had many Indians come through our door and not a one would take a job with deductions every single one 20 plus said Driver Inc or not working here. Drivers as much to blame as the shitty companies that employ them.

I concur, we will not pay Driver Inc, and we have so many applicants which only accepts Driver Inc. I've had a few applicants go through the whole onboarding process and even sign our policy that they will be paid via payroll / source deductions will apply, then take work a trip or two. When we send their pay cheque they take issue with it and demand we reverse the payment and pay them under their corporation. We refused and they quit.

It's quite prevalent in the industry right now and we spend way too much time discussing it during interviews.
