Hi All,

I'm looking for a consulting firm that can help set up a U.S. division for my Canadian-based trucking company ideally someone who offers complete A to Z service.

This would include:
  • U.S. business incorporation
  • USDOT/MC authority setup
  • BOC-3 filing
  • IFTA/IRP registration
  • Insurance and compliance setup
  • Immigration support for both business owners and drivers (e.g. TN, L1, E2 visas)

If you've worked with a firm that specializes in cross-border trucking setups and can handle both corporate and immigration aspects end to end, I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks in advance!

If this is a division why not just open up an office in USA and use current INC, MC and insurance policy. Just need to follow up with IRS and state filings as needed

Yes I agree with AgentSmith. Most brokers will not work with new MC #s which makes it extremely difficult to start a new company.
