Yeah, if by 'reorganize' you mean broker out loads with no intention to pay, then screw over the bank, leasing companies, driver services and customers by leaving them to pay the carriers a second time or face legal action...then yes, they are reorganized. Sarcasm of course, not directed at you NPB.
Peter is the owner of Metz and Stephaine from Trans Express is working for him. He also bought the accounts receivable from the bankruptcy for Trans Express and has nothing to do with the payables. Not paying any carriers and holding on all monies received from Trans Express. How fair is that?
