I just had a feeling that they were not trustworthy.

They screwed us on a very small issue, the fact that they did so proved their lack of ethics.

Looks like we can now go after their lucrative ex client!!!

Went to Montreal on Saturday and saw Trans Express trucks and trailers steadily going to and from the city all day long. Did they just reorganize maybe?

Yeah, if by 'reorganize' you mean broker out loads with no intention to pay, then screw over the bank, leasing companies, driver services and customers by leaving them to pay the carriers a second time or face legal action...then yes, they are reorganized. Not paying any carriers and holding onto all monies received from Trans Express. How fair is that?

Blondie, I'm surprised they can sell the AR without approval of creditors and the court. It definitely would not be fair.

His name is Peter Metz believe it or not. This is pretty much Trans Express in sheeps clothing, don't be fooled with any stories about being unrelated to one another, it's one and the same with a new name as owner. Buyer beware.
