Finally got paid for a May 2011 invoice from Synergy Transportation. This was the one and only load we did for them.

I couldn't even count the outstanding days on that one...and I wouldn't want to.

The saying "better late than never" shouldn't even apply here...just pathetic....

Take the money and buy yourself a nice steak dinner ranger_dispatch...

They are bouncing all kinds of checks with minimal amounts.

You know if there issuing cheqs and there bouncing. To keep you guy's at bay. Call the police, they can get
charged with FRAUD!

They don't bounce checks they cancel them. They give you the check call the bank and cancel it. It's $10.00 to cancel versus $50.00 for a bounce.

not a lawyer but would seem to be fraud as well, hope some people pursue them to the full extent of the law, but again think we all knew this was coming at some point..........................
