SPEEDX - Mississauga, ON

We have a balance due with them since November 2019. We agreed on a price and we have to charge them waiting time and they accept it but they didn't pay it. Can somebody have a contact that I can call. Thanks
 
They are sending 3-4 emails every day with load offerings. We did one load in the past and still waiting on payment.

They also have a separate account set up for just double brokering to carriers loads@speedxtransport.com.

Did one load for them early March. Their own pre-loaded trailer, driver was stuck at the border for about 3 hours I think due to issues with the speedx paps so they had to re-clear on another speedx paps and also there was no dock at delivery (they lied and said there was when booking load). They paid just last week I guess around 60th day BUT, short paid us by $500............I will update what happens and why they short paid us.

Speedx won't pick up my phone calls and won't answer emails short paid by $500 and absolutely no good reason at all. Just totally screwed over by them.......

i would look at the POD and call the REAL broker/Customer speedx double broker almost everything

Because chances are they double brokered it and just agreed to your rate so they did not have to give the load back. They call on just about every load i ever post. Impossible to have a truck everywhere everytime someone has a load.

You know the markets bad when you consider/ look at speedx freight as an option for work. To other carriers don't do it. They tried short paying us by hundreds of dollars back in 2019, literally for no reason at all.
