Interesting thread, been using them off and on for a couple years - have had some simple jobs done properly, and others that gave me a bit of a headache - definitely was never my first choice.

Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue said shitty band name shitty band.. Seems like it holds true in trucking. If they pick some shitty name X etc they have crappy service. Just a Friday morning thought.

This is what happens when you treat people like shit. Every time you called dispatch, they acted like total douchebags always complaining and making excuses complete pussies. Consistently poor treatment of clients and unprofessional behavior inevitably leads to a damaged reputation and loss of business.

Heads-up V.I.P Solution Transport (9539-5620 Quebec Inc.) is the new company where Marc-André from SOS Prestige used to be. Same old attitude and not taking responsabilities and excuses. Delivered a load late after we agreed to pay 250$ more to have it there at 8am, ended delivering at 9h30am and doesn't want to waive the 250$. Also asked for 150$ extra pick-up charge when shipper said he needed the truck to also go to their other facility which was 10 minutes away.
