I've got them disabled from a few service failures in 2009/2010.
That's not to say that they are not a better carrier today, I will not risk it though.

They've moved one for me.
Mississauga On to Oklahoma City OK
Showed at 11:15 AM for a 9:30 AM P/U Appointment.
They called at 1:00 PM to complain that it was taking too long to load.
The next day we called to track "Voice mail - Mailbox Full"
The day after that we called to track "Voice mail - Mailbox Full"
We called the consignee... It delivered.
But it was sort of sketchy getting to that point.
Not on our DNU... but there is an "extreme caution" note on them.

moved 8 shipments for us this year, hard to get hold of for tracing, we do use email if cannot reach by phone. No real problems and they are still active in our system.

Any updates on this carrier at all? Our brokerage division had a load stolen out of their yard on the weekend. Truck and trailer missing - tractor# 1006 trailer#S5008
Also forgot they do NOT have secured yard as they claim!

Booked a load with me all happy to take it. The morning when it is time to load called and cancelled as his team did not want to work. One and only experience.

Truck and trailer found yesterday empty in Montreal.......................today all of load found in a warehouse in Montreal!!!! very nice ending for ONCE.
I book a shipment that consisted of a FTL 42,000 lbs after they pick up the freight and left the shipper they call me and told me that it was only 4 skids 13,000 lbs , I told them to return the freight to the shipper as this was not what we
were suppose to pick up , they refuse because they said that it was too late to get another shipment 2:00 local time , they deliver the freight and expected to get a FTL rate , I told them that you should of call me before you left the shipper if it was the other way around they would of call me right away so I deducted the rate and they are now
calling my customer and complaining , I will not use them again as they are not upfront and honest .
