So do I.. Trying to collect my unpaid commissions whilst also having to clear my name from this debacle has been a nightmare I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.

@senditover Sequel is blaming you, and they are saying you took all of there hard-earned money. GOD knows who's the culprit here.....

LOL WHAT?? I'm glad it's clear as day now this is their sick way of defaming me and my company. They'll have their day in court, that's the only solution here. Anyone else who wants to know about me and my business can contact me directly, I have nothing to hide.

You could be right, but in my 10 years in this industry, I've seen all kind of tactics to avoid paying carrier, by brokers/carriers and shippers. Hopefully you're different from these other carriers/brokers, but only time will tell.

When you search Sequel Freight Systems on Google result comes out as Balken Transport with same phone number and same address. Met one of their drivers a couple of days ago with a truck and trailer labeled SEQUEL Group. He said Sequel didn't go bankrupt. The female on the phone don't recognize the name Sequel and don't want to announce any other carrier name. The CEO is on LinkedIn and he don't answer DMs and calls to his supposed personal number. Thinking to go collection, but it's just over 6 months now, not sure if any office would accept to go after an old invoice.

we are filing a suit against them as they owe us $18k. what we found is sequel freight company is under kulbir’s name and faruk was in-charge of brokerage side. Now they are filing a bankruptcy and started a new brokerage company together named Balken Transport. Both of them are into this strategy by portraying Balken has nothing to do with sequel so they can digest hard earned money of carriers and restart their scam under new name.

your source is? Kulbir is the mastermind, nobody else is behind this. 50 year old man took advantage of a young guy trying to make it out in the industry. Sorry for what happened, I am out $100k in commissions myself and trying to recoup that along with holding together my reputation. But I assure you Faruk and Balkan have no affiliations and please report their google business name as fraudulaent.

Even for a second we believe you got separated. When and why did you decide to move out? in order to make $100k in commission it would have taken over 6 months and our payments are from the same time of period when you must be with him.

Sorry it’s already done. They are professional scammers. He is operating sequel group with assets under his brother’s name so no one can touch that. Sequel Freight is under his name which he is about to file bankruptcy or may be he already did. Did you contact their Bond surety company, you can file a claim with them and second option is This faruk guy who is replying here if he is actually clean he could have given you the contact of the customer, why don’t you approach them since you only have one invoice and customer is liable to pay under Bol act.

Don't find the contact for their bond surety and they have two MC one broker inactive with a bond and one no broker with no bond. A bit lost in all this.

Honestly just inexperience, was seeing partial payments start occuring and didn't question it as much until it started really getting out of hand.. Left for same reason a lot of dispatchers and drivers started leaving.
