Be very, very careful!!

They will confirm a load with you and then cancel when they find someone else to do it cheaper - leaving you hanging!!

They are on our DNU list - they've pulled this crap one to many times - even when they set the price.

Low rates and lots of lies. They booked a load with me to PQ and wanted me to transfer from 1 truck to my Montreal truck in my warehouse. Truck arrived and started unloading--got a call from Rome saying the truck was having customs issues and could not clear so she was cancelling the load on me. Told her it was in my warehouse half unloaded already. She didn't know what to say and sputtered a lot while I laughed...caught in her own BS. Told her to send a crew in if she wanted the truck reloaded or she could pay my warehouse to do it.

Obviously she found someone to do it for $50.00 less.
Never took another piece of freight since.

They just called trying to get set up, I am a broker (only nothing else). I noticed their WSIB cert (which is required) showed brkr/frwd? WOW is all I have to say after just going to their website?

Sorry was directed at G Roch. I was under the impression you had to own trucks to have a carrier account with Link.
 
I have the same question about Rome, how do they have the ability to view loads on any board for that matter if they have no trucks?
 
It's not classified you borrowed another carriers authority to do so.
At what point will you stop trying to set yourself up as a CARRIER when in reality you do not have any equipment what so ever?
Do you not find the below posts embarrassing?
I have the emails to prove it, you intended on securing a load from another broker.
Can you not drive your own sales and create customers? I am making an assumption here, I assume you back door those customers you conveniently have trucks for.
What a disgrace.

To the best of my knowledge no one has ever pretended to be a carrier as they would be fired if caught. You're making some pretty serious accusations and I'd love to see if you actually have any evidence to back it up. PM with evidence if you have it.
 
Rome, going in and undercutting rates, customer calls, but they're a trucking company right?
