Just an FYI, they have alternate means to get your load postings. I got an email from Bella on a load I have posted today but when I asked what name they are listed as on Loadlink I got no reply. So not sure which carrier is "helping" them out but they can still see the loads..

Double broker, booked a load and a week after delivery my customer said a carrier was calling them for payment, come to find out it was double brokered.

Once confronted they say we have to pay everything up front or they don't deliver our last shipment. DOUBLE BROKER OPERATION

THEIR INSURANCE COVERAGE WAS CANCELLED IN FEB 2026

They moved a load for me in January, and I just got a call from another carrier saying they moved that load and Roadnova didn’t pay them. They are DNU.
 
Same thing happend to me.

Moved a load with them in January, carrier they double brokered to called my customer asking for payment.

Customer just called me to let me know they are scammers.
