Never heard of them till now. I am not a company and as per my profile I am out of Cambridge, not Woodstock as per their website. I am semi retired and visit this site occasionally.

NONSTOP -

Could you please post some more details? How long have you been waiting? What have you done to try and collect? Who are your contacts there? How much? And, like Rob says, is it possible that they are double-brokering? And, are they also "Roadrunner Courier Service - USDOT 843686"?

We may have also done work for them also (which is why I'm asking for details). They paid but it took a long time - 90 days. DNU now.

Haulin,

They where Roadrunner Courier at some point. The last few orders I have given them in the last couple months have been Roadrunner Prime.

They run out of a house on Hwy 2 by the old truckstop at Eastwood. The contacts are Wilson and Malaan (sp?).

They had done some pretty decent work for me but the last load I gave them my customer asked me not to use them any more.. Driver too slow and milking the hours out of it as well as bitching to the shipper and receiver.

Can you confirm if the Road Runner you speak of it the below? Jack and Suresh?? We have given them many loads only received one complaint that it took the driver a long time to back in, but we all have bad days. Otherwise been a great company to work with. Provides updates even on late night pick ups and deliveries.

Original DOT# is inactive. New one shows 1 truck.

On their website it is really fuzzy as to whether they are carrying or brokering the freight. I think the gallery is there to throw people off. There is probably more than one truck, but not more than 3 used for very specific things. But I'd say if you're hiring them for xborder work it's definitely getting brokered out.

we have outstanding invoice from April 29 2016 calling them every week asking for payment they will send it every Friday nothing in the mail yet .

YES I CAN CONFIRM THIS COMPANY

you can see they change the name for some reason and not paying bills

What have you done for them as they have done a bunch of loads for me and if it was one of mine that they double brokered I would like to know.
they may be do loads for you with one truck or they DBL broker loads . simple they do not pay bills

We are RoadWay Transport.
ROAD RUNNER PRIME LOGISTICS INC, ON used our services to get the load of Dasco Data Products Ltd delivered and never paid us. It has been 4 months since we are requesting them to release the payment and they have been arrogant about it. I am feeling very sad to write such a review about my fellow companies but I was pushed to this point when they said that they will not make any payment to us and I can do whatever I can do. We sent them all the paper work but never received the due payment.

We tried to reach the customer (Dasco Data Products Ltd) to whom the shipment was delivered and came to know that they have made the payment to ROAD RUNNER PRIME LOGISTICS INC. Even the Customer denied to help on this. He was made aware about the whole scenario with proofs but he denied any help. This company hired us and we made the delivery but never got payed.

These are illegitimate companies who *** the clients and carriers. Kindly be aware of these companies and do business with them on your own risk.

So, how does one make sure that they will get paid? No, I am not taking about establishing a good relationship with your customer, checking Equifax, credit application, Load link score, and all the due diligence. I am taking about the protection that the carrier can secure in case of things going sour. In other words: "How can you secure the credit that you extent to another party?". In the spirit of educating each other, would some of the more established carriers share their credit policies, please". Yes, there will be always fools that will cut corners, but in the end they won't be able to go a long distance and will crush and burn as they should. Thank you in advance for sharing.

It doesn't look like they double brokered the freight but according to their authority a carrier with one truck? No broker authority? I'm not saying that what Road Runner has done is right, but clearly due diligence was missing here.

Strange that a broker, carrier, or anyone would outright refuse to pay a legitimate invoice with no reason offered. I have no knowledge about either party in this case, but is Road Runner Prime having financial difficulty?
