Rathour logistics

Based on 4 shipments, Rathour logistics has reasonable service. They re-broker but i believe they have their own equipment too.
 
Well i see they started popping up again. Anyone have information on the re-brokering issues.
 
But they show assets and have trailers. Do they do both rebrokering and move some on own assets
