Rathour logistics

Good for you for stepping up. Based on what was said in the above thread it would have been helpful for you to clarify what you do.

Are you a carrier or a broker?
Are you both carrier and broker?
Does your customers freight from the carrier operation sometimes get brokered but your clients understand that not all of their freight travels on your equipment?
Do you gain business (from freight brokers) by claiming you will transport it on your equipment, then subsequently re-broker that freight, with or without informing the party that gave you the business?

Keep well,
Mike

HI Mike, that is quite the word salad from Rathour logistics, your response is much more diplomatic than what I would have replied with.

We had the unfortunate experience of using Rathour (they slipped through the cracks, which we have since ensured to fill!). While the freight ended up not being double brokered, the service was abysmal, freight delivered 20 days late with lies and deception along the way.

They provided fake pictures of the truck they claimed had broken down. They provided a fake PAPS# and Entry# that we confirmed with the Customs Broker was never submitted.

Suffice to say, we have placed the carrier on our DNU and urge everyone to do yourself a favour, and not use this "company". You will save yourself money, a headache and a customer.
