i get that for every company its different costs to operate, as there is hundreds of different variables. i bring this up after reading a couple of different posts that are in the same framework for example the on-bc run where one carrier was running it at 6900 and now price has gone significantly higher and they are being quoted 11k now, which for them was too much-- or brokers locking in rates -- loads held hostage after carrier asks for more money etc..
most of the work we run is off of loadlink and the rates being offered that are accepted by one broker as great are said to be way too much with others. ex mtl -beauceville FTL tandem we were offered 575 to move it but we refused. Others will pay hundreds of dollars more. no matter how low the offer is i feel liek there is always a carrier acceptng it for dirt cheap( thats again also depends on the variables) ... post was to get a broad picture, if its not doable ill ask a mod to delete the thread
anw thanks for the reply.
