I have been calling every week, every day. I get told that the accounting girl is only there on Thursdays. SO..... I call on Thursday morning, she hasn't come in yet, call thursday afternoon - they don't know where she is, should be there, hasn't even called. SO....I wait a week and call on Thursday again, same story, she hasn't come in yet, blah blah blah. Now all they say is can I take your name and number and someone will call you back. I have left my name and number about 10 times and no one calls me back but whoever answers the phone cannot give me a straight answer. When I ask if I am going to get paid for the work we did for him, he says "probaby". Rediculous! But I will keep calling everyday twice a day until someone talks to me.
 
Today I got told, that they have been busy moving and that there are 4 or 5 people working on all the paperwork and should have it cleared up soon.

Just called Laverne - she's not in. I left message with dispatch.
Same old runaround - Lionel not in, Laverne hasn't showed up yet, no one else is there to deal with A/P

I will keep calling even if no one shows up - I suggest everyone else does the same to keep their phone lines tied up!!!
 
Another BS way to sidetrack

You call and it answers the person you are trying to reach does not have a mail box set up.

There sure are sum real scumbags in this business and they deserve a first CLASS A?????? rating.

This morning I called 905-595-1570 and dispatch answered. I will try again this afternoon.
(1-800-698-9061 does not work anymore - no voice mail and no answer)

ALSO, their insurance policy expires in April so I think we are in trouble.........
I suggest we all show up at their door and refuse to leave without our payments!

this Sean person just says over and over that he doesn't know, doesn't have any answers. Now someone won't be in until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest. I asked about laverne working on Thursdays and he said she is at the hospital today. SHe hasn't been in the office in weeks because she isn't well according to Sean.

Just spoke to Shawn - again. When I asked if he is the new manager, he laughed and said "Uh...yeah....I guess so....."
Laverne is not coming in today, maybe she will show up tomorrow.
I called their customer too but even they are not getting anywhere with these guys.
Apparently Ram owes their drivers money too!

yes, i too got excited, it was thursday, Laverne's day to work, but she didnt come in. And surprise Lionel didnt come in. What do the rest of the people do there? I wish they would just go bankrupt so i wouldnt have to deicide what to do with this account.

No answer today

Called Ram Yesterday and they had a temp answering the phone. She said everyone was in the warehouse loading trucks. This morning the 800# is forwarded to a mail box that is full and 416# is no longer in service. I guess they were loading their own equipment out of the warehouse and leaving that location to screw us under another name in a couple of months!
Does anyone know Lionel's last name and where he lives? What a scumbag!

Lionel appeared today!

I sent someone over to Advance Blvd today to see if anyone is at Ram. Their doors are locked but they are hiding like cowards inside the office.
The person I sent there saw Lionel boot out of the parking lot like a bat out of hell!!!
He drives a pearl coloured Cadillac Escalade - how appropriate for a thief!

Apparently there were A LOT of people there looking for him.
They are in Unit 36 at 173 Advance Blvd Brampton.
I think more will show up because apparently those people who were already there were calling others that they know are owed money. Can you imagine a mass gathering of angry people over there? That would be a site to see.
 
Called Shawn today at 905 number. Still works. He said Lionel hasn't been in for more than a week and Laverne shows up on occasion.
Clearly Shawn is a liar, as I just posted that Lionel ran out of there today like a scared little girl!

Anyone who is owed money should go there because someone has to be there sometime....
Ram's trucks are going in and out so it looks as if they are moving their stuff out.....
