I would not put too too much trust in carrier 411. Anybody can put a compliant about anybody else, and there is no investigation or even some minimum fact checking. Think about all those double brokering scammers that got caught and look for a revenge. Sure use it, but keep this in mind.... We were a victim a few times.
Hi @WALTERK were you given the opportunity to respond? I thought the report took 72 hours before Carrier411 posted it and the carrier had a chance to offer an explanation.

Even if you respond the report still shows that, the only way to make it go away is to lawyer up but that won't do much against these fraudsters as they aren't scared of legal action, they'll close up shop and start over but those marks are still left on your profile. Im not a big fan of 411 and actually dislike it quite a bit but it is a good starting point if you are moving domestic US freight.

For a bigger carrier

You are dead on LrgCar. For a bigger carrier, it's just a nuisance..... Maybe, a good starting point for a smaller broker.
Example: Will you not use a carrier such as Titanium or TForce or TMC because they have bunch of complaints on Carrier411? I think not.

I take the complaints with a grain of salt, cancellations etc if its not 10+ posts can be chalked up to a pissed customer/broker. Any mention of double brokering is a full stop. I think 411 users also have to have some common sense... I do that with a safety score as well, not going to knock a guy for tinted windows or missing mud flaps.

You need to read the details of the complaints, some 3PLs will slap a freight guard on a carrier for delivering late or falling off a load before pickup. These are normal trucking issues.

Common sense still applies, if a carrier only has 2 trucks and there are a half dozen complains for cancelling on a load before pick up then this is obviously a red flag and proceed with caution.

Big carrier's reputations are well known, not sure why you would use Carrer411 to vet them.

there are huge WhatsApp groups for double brokerage farms - they literally book everything nationwide and then dispatch it within themselves (to carriers that are not in their group) and split the money amongst themselves.

Shine Logistics
or
Immensity Group
or
Eternity Group
or
a/& a million more clowns in that car.
Watch out for Shine Logistics. We did a load for them, took forever to pay and the cheque was returned NSF (USD). I immediately was on them to cover nsf fees and made sure they wired a payment. I included our banking manager in the email chains, and after about a week we got our money. They are on a DNU.

Speaking of scammers, I got one to try and pickup a load of steel at a Krispy Creme in Atlanta on Monday. The angry vms only just now started to subside. Got an email promising legal action against me this morning.
Oh thanks I am going to start having so much fun with these jackasses now. I may just start posting some fake loads just to get my giggles in.

Wasn’t a fake load though…address off by a couple of streets. I knew he was a scammer and ran with it. The actual load got picked up and delivered no issues. After taking it and taking it…it was nice to finally get a couple of them THIS mad..turned the tables on them ..I farked them hard and it cost someone alot of money.
