Has anybody had any experiences with their service. Thinking of using them on a load. Based out of toronto
 
I hear there business is at a crawl but otherwise i have never dealt with them.................sorry but I'm going on vacation tomorrow and couldn't resist.
 
I've used them once (on an LTL PA to ON). Dealt with Chris & Joe. They picked up and delivered as instructed. No issues.
 
Just started using them, they have done 5 loads for us since dec 30th good job overall, late for 1 delivery, and early for 1 pick up.
 
We used them once as well for a 1 skid shipment in November from Mississauga to TN - picked up on time and delivered on time - no complaints about that - seemed like a good outfit
 
I've used them on several shipments, dealt with Garret and Joe, no issues at all from them.
 
It's nice to see a carrier with all good reviews. I've decided to use them. Thanks for the feedback
 
I have used Pagonis extensively in the past with invariably good results,which makes the present situation even more odd. They picked up 2 skids for me on July 4th for delivery to WI. On the 8th I was informed the truck broke down. It happens,we all know it happens;however,the next day I was informed there was a parts issue and it might be the end of the week before the truck was mobile. I suggested it might be prudent to send another truck down and transfer the freight. This suggestion was met with silence. After promises to keep me informed we are playing it day by day. To today,I have yet to receive a call from them updating me. We call everyday and are offered "Maybe tomorrow". Todays response is "Looks like it will go late tomorrow or Friday,which means Monday delivery"

I contracted Pagonis to move one pallet and the service was poor.
We received different stories from the dispatch.
On our DO NOT USE list.
 
Be carefull using this carrier if you have strict deliver dates. I booked them for a pick up on Saturday for 2 skids to outof GTA to deliver to PA on Monday not a strict delivery time just before 15:00. They called me Monday to say the truck did not leave because they did not have enough revenue on their truck. That is not my problem I paid extra for a Saturday pick up and for delivery Monday. It is now Wednesday and the truck is still not there.
 
we used them a lot before, then they were looking for extra charges that weren't agreed upon, then threatened to hold our freight, then tried to bill the customer direct...

they were good before that, but then got really out of hand fast!
 
My load is getting out of hand fast. The load still has not delivered, The driver has been an hour away from delivery since 08:00 this morning and now I am being told they can not reach the driver. They have shut down production and I am on the verge of loosing a good client.
 
I was able to get them to give me the drivers number and I spoke with him. According to him they have been giving me the run around all week and today. He was told only to leave with the load this morning do they can make sure the truck was full.
 
I am perplexed as to what happened to them. They used to be a good reliable carrier. After the fiasco with my delivery being 2 weeks late there is no recourse but DNU. Surprisingly,they have called twice on postings,and when I explained the problems we had,their response was...."Thats trucking"... Huh?
