Pagonis Live Bait

They said the exact same thing to me " Thats Trucking " I guess that is there response to get out of trouble with everything
Update on my load it just delivered at 16:00.
 
Anything current with Pagonis with respect to service? Load pending and the stuff below, although old, does not bode well! LOL
 
We gave them a small ltl out of Indiana last month. Picked up and delivered as instructed. Dealt with Garrett.
 
they are on our DNU use. twice they disappeared with the freight, turned off all phones and refused to communicate. once got stuck at the border with our freight, it was our customers fault paperwork not proper. they spent 4 hours at the border, the owner called screaming and threatening that he will charge us to return the truck back to Toronto and charge $1000 if we don't clear 'this moment'. we ended up paying a few hundred dollars for 4 hrs at the border to get them to deliver, I believe $400 we paid in total. 2 months later, they were late with our shipment 12 hours, with zero explanation, zero communication, all phones turned off, and emails not returned and this was 'normal'. note: shipment hasn't yet delivered yet so that 12 hours could be never.

definetley on our DO NOT USE EVER EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE LIST!! buyer beware

We have a policy not to use companies that have a primary business and then trying to fill the rest of their trucks with freight. It's just obvious where their efforts lay. We also have an issue moving our freight with worms, I hate worms! :confused:

We also have them in DO NOT USE list . Just gave them a small LTL last friday and the dispatcher Andrew confirmed that they will be delivering it on monday morning. Then after that it was all lies and lies from there end . Very Rude and no proper communications at all. After so much efforts they Finally delivered the LTL on next thursday.Terrible business ethic and please beware before using them.
 
DNU here as they have a problem doing what they say they will.

No problems hauling worms though I have a customer that ships them. Never and issue with them and the receivers are always happy to see you and unload them

I used them sporadically over the years. The service has always been average to good. But lately, we've tried to connect on a few shipments that did not work due to their transit schedule.


I only dealt with Garrett.

given them a few shipments in the last year. They were fine, so long as your skids aren't tall. Transit was a little on the slow side, BUT, it was accurate to what was promised.
 
They also have no specific "Motor Truck Cargo" coverage, just a note on the COI (below) including in their CGL Policy. $50,000.00 in my opinion is very low and not sufficient in today's world...

I've Tendered freight to both Divon and Fred, their customer service has been great, they actually check on things and called me back on a few different loads.


Understanding that we are choosing an LTL carrier who's core business is their own clients (worms) offered me the insight to book or not with them based on service times they committed to. They haven't let me down yet but I filter thru understanding what is tendered :)
