they are on our DNU use. twice they disappeared with the freight, turned off all phones and refused to communicate. once got stuck at the border with our freight, it was our customers fault paperwork not proper. they spent 4 hours at the border, the owner called screaming and threatening that he will charge us to return the truck back to Toronto and charge $1000 if we don't clear 'this moment'. we ended up paying a few hundred dollars for 4 hrs at the border to get them to deliver, I believe $400 we paid in total. 2 months later, they were late with our shipment 12 hours, with zero explanation, zero communication, all phones turned off, and emails not returned and this was 'normal'. note: shipment hasn't yet delivered yet so that 12 hours could be never.
