I think it is a concern of anyone who considers doing business with you now or in the future. If you don't pay your creditors, don't attend you court dates, lock your doors and turn out the lights when someone come to your house to collect money owed to them, then it is a concern of everyone involved in the transportation business. However, we should all take your word that you "delt" with the parties. That is great news but maybe their bicep can come collect, if you unlock your doors. Unfortunately, your are not one of them has credibility. Have a nice weekend wherever Pioneer takes you.

Actually , even more simple would be for the admin to shut down this ridiculous thread that serves no purpose other than to satisfy an extremely small group of posters and their incessant need to complain about each other. It serves no common good for the rest of the members. Any value to be gained about identifying a non paying carrier/broker has long since evaporated and has been replaced with a moronic, repetitive back and forth of worthless comments. It is long past time to be shut down.

The entire membership is benefited by exposing these types of business owners who don't pay their owner operators and are taken to court quite frequently for unpaid accounts. Many on here are victims of this person who is not paying them. If you do not support the victims and are advocating for the person not paying, then that is your choice to do so. Bill C64 should be right up your alley then, censorship of the truth. I stand with my brothers and sister who got ripped off by this Tully person and will support them in getting paid the money they are owed.

Here is a new one from July 19th. More lawsuits against Tully for unpaid bills. Oct 21 is the court date. All the people owed money should show up there to collect. Maybe she is making monthly payments and had some left over to register a new company so Old Iron can go down?
