The issue is the damage companies like yours do to the trucking industry. Personally, I feel you committed fraud and those that you have screwed over. RCMP should be called. With multiple people getting hired, after you knew you were in financial difficulty, if you had no intention of paying as a result, that could be considered a fraudulent act. If charged and convicted, you could face jail time. If you are innocent, then you have nothing to hide and will cooperate with that investigation. Looks like Old Iron has a new court case agains them filed May 26 by MPI. Tully is working hard to pay those bills, so hard that MPI has to take her to court.

Maybe the owner? She has been silent lately. Interesting to see how many more court cases will be filed. MPI is the insurer in Manitoba so that is very interesting.

We have a 12 month plan to have all debts covered and paid.
Found the lastest Old Iron. Mdrive, Tully law suit and this one is a whopping 32 grand!! I wonder if this is in her 12 month BS plan? Check it out. I check weekly to see what new ones pop up. Big questions is will she declare bankruptcy to avoid have to pay all the people she owes money to.

I've managed to get a hold of their payables and they owe nearly a million to drivers,carrier and even their phone bill.... I have never engaged in slandering due to sexual preference , i only bite on here due to good carriers and friends getting screwed over and i do not want to see it continue .... this is what this site is for correct>?

It is…….once. This site is not designed to be a personal gripe board for one, or a group of people to go on and on and on about the same problem. If you’ll notice, this thread has now extended to 7 pages. That is far too many. It is getting to the point where I am inclined to place all of the entities responsible for the continuation of this thread on my Do Not Use list. Enough already, go to court, go to a lawyers office, set up a Facebook page, but please, give the rest of us a break and shut this down!

I would agree that this site is meant to be used to expose bad actors and other unscrupulous characters, along with a host of other worthwhile causes. To become the private complaint centre for three or four individuals to continually hash and rehash the same comments is not the intended use of a site such as this. As I and others have said, it is time to move on, you have repeatedly told us who hasn’t paid who and who is going to court and who isn’t. Continually reposting the same comments is a waste of space. There are many, many long term members of this site who value it’s worth and understand it’s purpose and value to our industry. This thread has become an embarrassment.

Just an FYI ... OLD IRON has changed their name ...i am assuming to screw their creditors... in case you guys see a company pop up called " Pioneer Flatbedding " Beware .... same owner, same staff , most likely same scam
