National Freight Forwarding/Gilson Freight/Tesla Logistics

So you're saying National12 was not telling the truth about your shipment being on his equipment? I'm sorry to hear that because we all sure wanted the happy ending of them delivering your freight and you paying for it shortly thereafter.

Sucks to hear...

LMAO! No, unfortunately the food grade product that was supposed to deliver on February 6th at 8am was never delivered and its whereabouts continues to be an unknown. If it's ever found, it will have to be delivered back to our customer on this end now. We are still fighting the good fight on a number of levels though.
Not Good at all, what in world you did do wrong to be in this place, I can't believe it, almost two weeks passed, and no track of freight yet.

Hi folks,

Just a quick update here.

NFFI has booked another carrier to return the load to our customer in Waterloo, ON.

We believe the shipment is on its way back to Ontario at this point.

That's all for now...

Cheers!
That means the shipment never went out of their yard for the whole time and they have decided its not worth it anymore because you didn't pay upfront. Good for you!!

Look at the self inflicted damage that NFFI has done to its brand as a result of this fiasco. Regardless if their actual business was that of real carrier, a bona fide freight broker, a scummy double broker or even a professional criminal, their reputation(if they ever had one) has been severely damaged and it is quite safe to say that no member of this site would ever touch them again with a 10’ pole! Instead of trying to confuse the issues, drag in innocent parties, bob and weave in an attempt to deflect any inference of blame or culpability, they could have just just accepted the fact that they got caught this time and moved on to the next unsuspecting victim of their scam. If you are going to be a crook, at least try and be a smart crook!

Well everyone, the freight is finally back in Waterloo a month after it started its sad journey. The bad news is, well, have a gander at just three of the many pics of damages, missing boxes, etc. that our customer sent us. Will this ever end?

Well it is not the condition that you would have liked the product, but better to be able to salvage some rather than none at all.
