National Cold Chain

Done work with them in the past, just had a bad experience however. Rude/unprofessional is right. Believe it was with someone from the Montreal, QC office.

We had the same issue. Waited and then told that the po we had was given to another carrier

they pretend that they don't know anything when your truck is at the loading station and the load was already picked by someone else. They never take initiative to solve the dead miles or the inconvenience. Sh***T company and the ppl

S*** indeed. My experience yesterday. I called about a load they posted for the 17th. turns out it picks up the 19th. I said "oh thats okay then looking to cover my truck for today" Lorne@NCC "can you help for the 19th" me "i'm not sure at the moment i'll try to get back to you later on" NCC - sarcastically says "You guys only go certain days a week". The conversation was a lot longer than that,he repeated himself at times and there was a lot more stupidity and rudeness but, lets just leave it at that. The QC office seems to be a high school.

lorne is a complete douche*ag
never trust anything he says or does. plus they are probably the cheapest broker along with fuel

I've dealt with these offices numerous times and each time is more eventful than the previous one. Danny A "double brokers/co-brokers" all freight they have from Dicom or other larger transportation providers. They really don't know what they're doing; they contracted us to deliver cables to the NY Public Library for renovations; they didn't let us talk to the person in charge to verify delivery procedure. Ended up needing a tailgate; to which Danny replied "don't the trucks come with one". Added extra money to the tender then ended up short paying the invoice.

“Russian girls”, like the ones that drywall company hired to throw a little party for the boys while on a Mattamy Homes job site? Not sure which displays more stupidity.....actually going through with it, or recording it on video and posting it on the internet.

No question, everyone looked like they were having a real good time. I mean, Grey Goose and naked women, sounds not too bad. But come on, take a video of it and send it “out there”! There was a severe lack of thinking going on. I am sure someone said afterwards.....”it seemed like a good idea at the time”!

What payment terms are these guys currently paying? They're offering some work and we had cut them off for being slow. Any change?
