Hi everyone! Just want to set the record straight.
I am not nor have I ever owned any part of this company. I was an employee that was it. I have received several calls regarding non payment and I am sorry but there is nothing I can do.
I now work for a different company that has a good name in the business and is known for doing good service.

Finally!!!
We did a small job for this company a few months back and, when I called for payment, they flat out informed me that we would not be paid and hung up the phone!!??
I called back and left a message, stating that, if I did not hear from them within the next hour, I would be contacting their customer directly for payment.
As it turned out, they did not call me back, and when I contacted their customer directly, I found out that they had not sent in their payment yet.
This REALLY shows you the kind of mentality that is represented by the managers and employees at Momentum Road. If they have not been paid by their customer, why would they tell the carrier that they were not going to pay them??
Anyway, we got paid today and I'm still laughing!!

By the way, this sounds suspicious... when i did reach Momentum on a rare occasion, I was told to call Masha at 647-702-1361. However when I call there, I get a voicemail saying this number does not accept any more calls. There is also a Masha at Exclusive, I am wondering if this is the same Masha. Does anyone have any info on "Masha"?

We just called the consignee on a shipment. He said he paid and hung up. We just got screwed for $450.00 by Momentum. Rumour has it the owner was Mike Kelly?? and started a new company called Nexx something?? Does anyone have any more info on this?

Fell into same problem will these guys - also had a dispatcher that just took loads without checking (fired him already).
Anyway called the customer Olympia Tile and they were nice enough to inform me they paid Momentum and I was SOL.
Don't know who's worse these bastards at Momentum or Olympia Tile.
Doesn't matter any load coming in now with Olympia attached to it has instantly gained a 20% increase. Got to get my money back somehow and they will continue to use any Load Broker without checking if they are reputable.

Tiles is a real cheap business. Olympia has gone for the dirt cheapest rate forever ...
The only way that Olympia is going to use a reputable broker is if the reputable ones are competitive with the cheapies ... so bottom line, everyone do your homework. It's actually more of a responsibility of the creditor (carrier) than the debtor in these cases.

You are correct Nexx Generation is the next generation of carriers that are going to get screwed by this guy. I cannot remember all the names he has had but he is a major pain to get paid by.

We recently got screwed by Momentum and now today, November 12, Nexx Generation sent us a pick up to do. The carrier confirmation from Nexx was the identical layout as the Momentum confirmation. The girl's name "Masha" was identical. However when confronted about this, she totally denied there was a connection between the two. Obviously we are not taking a chance to get screwed again, so I would suggest anyone thinking of doing freight for Nexx, should think twice. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. The phone number I have is 647-771-3802. Anyone owed money by Momentum should call this number and rattle her chain. However, she never answers the phone, it goes to voicemail, and she only calls back if she has given you an order. She seems very calm, cool, and collective, when denying she is any part of Momentum. I would not trust the Fairview address, I know the one in Oakville which was for Momentum did not exist, I made the drive out to find it... not there! Next week I plan to check the Fairview address out, will keep you updated.

This guy changes names every 6 months.
Nexx, Continental, Willow Creek, Momentum Road. He is a crook - not on the link and if I ever find out who gave the prick my number I would like to kick their azz!!!
