Invoice still outstanding with us since March - won't pay it - never return calls - their customer went out of business so don't feel they should pay it. Hearing other negative comments from contacts. Beware giving out credit. New business and home operation.
 
Credit Hold

We have them on Credit Hold, because of collection reasons and also because they are using a UPS office for their mail instead of their own address.
 
Called Momentum again today - asked for "owner" Charles Kelly - as listed on their credit application. Receptionist said she had never heard of Charles Kelly before - funny - that is the name noted on their application. Of course no one ever in office - all admin people gone for the day. Called all of their credit references listed on their application telling them they are not paying. One of the references I called is owed money also. Looks like bad news all around with these people.
 
Anyone Paid

Pitbull - have you received any money from Momentum recently? They never answer the phone anymore - I think it is just a matter of time before they close up. They listed Charles Kelly as the owner on our credit application - do you have anything different?
 
i have been trying to call them non stop forever, either get the machine or get told she (cheryl) isnt' there. invoices from april still outstanding - was told cheque would be ready for pick up today but I can't get them on the phone to send someone in.

Spoke to their customer who is not very impressed right now as they have been getting a few of these calls lately. My invoices are just due but I'm not going to wait till it's too late. Told the girl to hold their payment untill I can get in contact with someone at Momentum.

Slow payer averaging 61 days, but paying. Like all third parties, keep your exposure to loss limited.

There is no . Does anyone have any names for these people. (real names not bad names) Can't find them on the Link anymore to get one from D&B.

I know for sure that is where they are, I think its a new house/subdivision. you will have to take a drive to find them. Names: Cheryl, Renee, Courtney Price.

I actually had someone pick up a cheque at the pepperbush address. Maybe that is the owner's address or something.
