Few flags prevented me from proceeding, wanted to check if anyone else has been called on any loads or has any experience?

Has anybody had any recent dealings with Manna Trucking?
They are advising they only do ON/QC and that they have 10 trucks.

We seem to have used them a handful of times , ON / QC or just local ON.
They seem to have picked-up and delivered on time with good communication.

Also noteworthy... Their CVOR is conditional which is also a red flag for me;

Decent service, competitive rates, they operate flatbeds ( including quads ) in Ontario and Quebec

Company did not pay me my full wages kept a good chunk of it filed a complaint with labour board just received message that they are changing it to federal claim guess all the text I kept proving this guy is a scamer keep you all updated

Wham I started wasn't sure he did not give me any pay stubs first 2 payments no taxes taken off then he said I was going on payroll sent me 1000 said would receive the rest during week did it again the next week again same thing he would adjust the rest of payments never did into him for over 3500 taxed or 6000 Un taxed
